Denise's Story:
I was born and raised in SoCal by a village: mom, grandma, aunts, and uncles. Childhood was always centered around family, food, and activity! A lot of my time was spent cooking with my grandma (where I learn my love for cooking and food), and playing sports (field hockey, rugby, water polo).
My transformation began in 2020 when everything shut down. I was burnt out from work, spending my weekends to escape my weekdays, underrating to overeating, and indulging in social settings (food & alcohol). When I got furloughed, I fell in love with nutrition and fitness. In that time span, I lost 40 pounds!
My life continued to change for the better when Chauntae approached me about coaching, a role I've truly embraced and love. As a coach I believe in setting realistic expectations and goals, communication and consistency. I have worked with 100+ clients to help them with nutrition, time management, burn out, but most important - to feel more connected to your values and who you want to be.

Alyssa's Story:
My diet consisted of eating keto, paleo or "clean" Monday through Thursday and then letting loose with friends for pizza, BBQ, beer, and brunch Friday-Sunday. The first steps of change began when my best friend (you may know her) Chauntae told me she was going to train for a bikini competition. We both decided to compete because we were chasing looks and battling low self-esteem. Training for the competition immersed us into fitness and nutrition, a discipline we both continued. Not only did it transform how I looked on the outside, it changed my values deep within. I felt empowered, strong, and confident in every area of my life. And then my husband and I had a baby!
Life got chaotic, stressful, and no one was getting any sleep! For me, this was more reason to lean into my health and fitness. By putting my self-care and health at utmost importance, I was able to handle chaos with calm, love and care. It was then I noticed moms around me "losing" themselves in the process of becoming a mom, and I became passionate about helping mamas who are too busy and burnt out. I am able to meet you where you’re at, provide a realistic plan of action that aligns with your goals and help you practice self-compassion while challenging you to achieve more than you ever thought possible!
Our desire and mission is to teach other Women how to carry out these tried-and-true methodologies with respect to:
Nutrition, Strength, and Behavior Change.
BUILD THE LIFE YOU WANT
3 ways we help you do that:
_
1
OPTIMAL NUTRITION
Building an impressive physique requires you to fuel your body with the right balance of essential nutrients that supports overall health and performance goals.
It involves consistently consuming the right portions of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), and hydration to meet each individual needs for optimal performance, recovery and sustained vitality.
_
2
STRENGTH TRAINING
If we are not proactively building and maintaining muscle tissue, we are losing it.
Did you know that women lose 1% of muscle mass per year after 30? This decline significantly raises the risk of chronic health issues as we age.
Embracing lifting heavy weights isn't just about building strength; it's a powerful investment in your long-term well-being that will help you achieve a pain-free, independent life.

3
BEHAVIOR CHANGE
A true athlete recognizes the key to mastering their craft lies in seeking guidance and feedback from a trusted and respected coach. They inherently grasp the importance of continuous learning and maintain a growth mindset throughout every step of their journey.
Our team specialize in behavioral science, where we implement evidence-based techniques to help you cultivate the lifestyle habits and mindset of a true ATHLETE.
